How To Install Songbird in Ubuntu Linux?

First of all, I have a bit negative mindset towards Songbird mainly because sometime ago they decided to drop support for GNU/Linux!. But thanks to the PPA invention by Canonical, you can still get it installed in Ubuntu Linux nonetheless (if you miss it so much ;-) ).

Starting with excellent GUI (gotta say the truth even if I hate it)... very user friendly and comes with a lot of useful features as well.

*. Playlist-album management.

*. Equalizer.

*. Fully customizable options window and plays all the audio codes without any hassle at all.

If you use Ubuntu then you can easily install Songbird by using the below command.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:songbird-daily/ppa

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install songbird
